-Operates radiologic equipment to produce images required for the Radiologist to diagnose the patient.
-Identifies patient services requirements by establishing a personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
-Ensures operation of radiology equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
-Schedule and coordinate radiology appointments for patients, including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, and mammograms. Ensure appointments are scheduled based on urgency, availability, and patient needs. Confirm appointments with patients and provide necessary pre-appointment instructions.
-Work On-Call shifts as needed including weekend and evening call. Staying onsite if needed or in Alva to maintain a maximum 20 minutes call response time. Must be able to respond as soon as possible for an emergency code.

Patient Services Representative Patient Services Representative Variable Shift Full-Time at Share Medical Center. The Patient Service Representative will handle the following duties: inbound calls from patients as well as make outbound calls to patients through our automated dialer. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Assist patients with their account, which includes setting up payment arrangements; taking payments over the phone; identifying and gathering new insurance information, screening for charity, answering patient’s questions, and resolving any of the patients account issues, etc. Assume proper handling of cash, credit card, or payment by check. 13. Clerical duties, such as processing mail, light skip-tracing. Demonstrates ability to diffuse patient concerns and turn the call/visit into a positive experience for our customers. The office and patient coordinator provides quality administrative and clerical services for program staff and assists Senior Life Solutions’ patients with care needs. They provide transportation to patients in a provided vehicle, as applicable. The office and patient coordinator’s responsibilities include assisting with insurance verification and billing procedures, providing clerical support to team members, assisting with patient care, and ensuring transportation is safely provided to patients. The office and patient coordinator contributes to positive team dynamics and excellent customer service. -

The Program Director ensures that the intensive outpatient psychiatric program meets Psychiatric Medical Care’s (PMC) standards. Supervisor of the program staff, the Program Director’s responsibilities include: evaluating staff performance, recruiting and screening new staff, and providing community education to create awareness of the program. Good relationship building skills a must: comfortable and experienced with working closely with hospital CEO’s, CFO’s, CNO’s and high level decision makers. Must have a proven ability in conflict resolution and effective problem solving. The Program Director directs and coordinates the activities of staff to ensure quality patient care. They also must incorporate financial accountability into program activities. -
Therapist - SLS Qualifications - Education: master’s degree in social work from an accredited graduate school of social work or master’s degree in other counseling related field. - Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by state. May include LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc. - Certification: Must meet any applicable state certification standards.Therapist - SLS
- Experience: Two to three years of clinical experience with older persons, extensive group work, hospital or nursing home experience preferred.
The Therapist provides therapeutic services for patients utilizing group, individual, and family therapy sessions to older adults in an intensive outpatient environment. They work within a small, interdisciplinary team with a focus on quality patient care and provision of services ordered by a physician. The Licensed Therapist documents all completed services in compliance with provided standards and regulations and is thorough with details and organization.
